CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide clerical administrative support services

Capture consumer information on billing system

Attend to queries

Complete consumer applications for final readings

Collect and collate information for valuation certificates, water and
electricity final balance and clearance certificates

Confirm forwarding addresses and refunding of deposit’s
