Annual report of the 2008/2009 financial year in terms of section 127 of the local government: municipal finance management act, no. 56 of 2003

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipal Annual Report for the financial year 2008/2009 was approved by the Council at a meeting held on 28 January 2010 in terms of Section 127 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003.

As from date of publication of this notice, copies of the Annual Report for the financial year 2008/2009 may be viewed at:
