  • Your manual will supply the contact numbers and addresses where any faults on your prepaid meter can be reported.
  • The manual will also give you a list of codes that the keypad may display and what they mean. If you are not able to fix the error, then give the code that shows on the keypad when reporting the error.
  • When reporting the error, you need to provide your physical address, contact details, the meter number which starts with 04, 07 and is 11 digits long (or the older meters that are 7 digits long) and your account number (10 digits long).
  • Problems must be reported to the Electricity Service Centre for your area.
