Clr Noko Bale was a student from 1975 to 1980, a shop steward (SAWU) in 1982, and in 1984 (MAWU and UDF) and in 1987 a shop steward and political educator (NUMSA) until 1994. In 1993 she did training and mobilization in industrial area as part of NUMSA mass mobilisation campaign for the 1994 elections. This new councillor sees service delivery as being her main priority during her term of office. She aims to change and build better communities in her ward and community and will make an effort to understand all programmes and legislated issues. This councillor undertakes to attend all her portfolio meetings and to consult and report back to her superiors and community at large regardless of race, gender and the like.
