This general practitioner at Medicross first touched base with politics while still at Wits University in 1974. He has been a councillor since 1999 when first elected during a by-election at the Germiston transitional Council going on to be an Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality councillor since 2000. He has served on the health portfolio and during his new term of office Clr Fenn wants to represent and serve the community and improve their lives.
