With a certificate in basic and advanced public relations, Clr Nxumalo is presently completing a project management course. A first time councillor she wants to implement the municipal bylaws during her term as well as work as the unifying pillar as well as help the community to understand the role of a councillor and to contribute positively towards service delivery in the region. Furthermore this councillor wants to educate the community about the importance of paying for services. Her political involvement was triggered in 1980 by the age limit at schools which resulted in her joining COSAS, DAYCO and ERAPO (civic movement).
