Clr Ndosi Shongwe aims to better the lives of the Ekurhuleni communities during her term of office. Having being involved in politics since 1979 when she became involved at community level and as a worker. She felt that there was a need to participate in the MDM structure to improve the quality of life. This councillor has been a councillor with local government since 1995 and has served as executive member of the Brakpan council as well as being a member of the mayoral committee heading the portfolios of community safety, housing and sport, recreation, arts and culture.
