Clr Ndizana completed a certificate in Human Resources Management, which is one of his passions in life. "I got involved in politics in the 1980’s, where quotes as ‘liberation before education”, inspired me to become a politician." The priorities on his agenda for his ward, as well as the region and country as a whole include, fighting crime, and that a more active role should be created with all stake holders to ensure this. He also believes that the ward LED forum should be revived to coordinate all economic activities within the area, and that ABET centers should be brought closer to the community, as this will make it more sustainable. Clr Ndizana also echoes the belief, that both government and the community should be held accountable for the upliftment of the area.
