Mayoral Speeches

Council meeting is held every month with the exception of December when Council is in recess.

At the beginning of this meeting, the Councillors, as well as community, the media and all stakeholders are addressed by the Mayor. This address normally includes issues that might have arisen over the past month, as well as items included in the Council agenda that will be discussed after the speech.

This meeting is open to all members of the public.
