TECHNICAL GLITCHES AT CALL CENTRE RECEIVING ATTENTION
The City notes that the customer service call centre has been experiencing technical glitches where callers are cut off before they are assisted. This happens mainly when callers select an option when prompted.
As an interim measure, the prompt option has been eliminated so that calls are routed directly to any available call centre agent.
The call centre system is being overhauled and the upgraded new version will give customers effortless access to call centre agents, and result in a speedy resolution to their queries.
