EASYPAY SERVICES NO LONGER IN USE

The City of Ekurhuleni will no longer use the services of its third payment option Easy Pay, with effect from 30 November, 2022.

As of 01 December, 2022, the Easy Pay prefix 91339 used to make payment at retail stores will no longer be operational. Customers wishing to pay their municipal accounts at retail stores can use new third party payment options such as Pay at using prefix 11544 and the municipal account number and Cigicell’s Unipay and Blupay using account number only as reference at applicable outlets.

Alternatively, for more convenience, customers are encouraged to register on http://siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za/  to view current account balance, download statements and make payments through Siyakhokha channels.
