STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS 2023
The State of the City Address takes place on Tuesday, 25 April 2023, at the Council Chamber in the OR Tambo Government Precinct Civic Centre in Germiston. Speaker of Council Cllr Nthabiseng Tshivhenga calls the meeting where the Executive Mayor Cllr Sivuyile Ngodwana will deliver the State of the City Address.

This is a speech customarily given once a year by the Executive Mayor, and commonly called the State of the City Address (SOCA)
