NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of section 53 read with section 36 of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy that the following contract has been extended:

 Contract:A-ICT 07-2012: For the supply, delivery, installation, consolidation and maintenance of a disaster recovery management software/solution, server, storage and management infrastructure and delivery of all related services, for a period with effect from date of award until 30 June 2014, to be extended with effect from 1st July 2014 until 31st December 2014

  1. Reason for dispensing with the prescribed procedure: With due regard to administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Summary of the requirements of the goods or service: For the supply, delivery, installation, consolidation and maintenance of a disaster recovery management software/solution.
