CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

MUNICIPAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of section 130 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 read with section 20 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, that the MUNICIPAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality will hold a Public hearing to discuss the 2018/19 Annual Report on the 16 April 2021 at 10:00 am till 16:00 pm in the New Germiston Council Chamber; 30 April 2021 at 10:00 am till 16:00 pm in the New Germiston Council Chamber  and 05 May 2021 at 10:00 am till 16:00 pm in the New Germiston Council Chamber.

Members of the public, business and media are welcomed to attend the hearing in order to observe the proceedings and be informed of developments within the area of the Metro.

Members of the public, business and media must adhere to Covid19 regulations, wearing of face mask is mandatory for every person and social distancing measures are to be strictly adhered to.

Upon arrival at the venue public must register with MPAC officer.

Due to Covid19, a limited number of people will be allowed to enter the banquet hall for registration purposes.
