Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 36 (1) and 37 (1) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004) (NEM: AQA) that Lala Ngoxolo Crematorium (the applicant) is applying for an Atmospheric Emission License (AEL) for a crematorium at number 13 Springs Road, Crystal Park, Benoni 1501, City of Ekurhuleni, Gauteng.

In order to make representations on, or to object to, the application or to participate in this process and to obtain further information, please contact the Cemetery Superintendent within 14 days of the publication of this notice:
