PROPOSED LEASE OF PORTION 23 OF THE FARM GROOTFONTEIN 165-IR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in terms of section 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939,
that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Real Estate Department), proposes to enter into a long term lease agreement in respect of Portion 23 of the farm Grootfontein 165-IR.
A plan, showing the relevant land parcel to be leased is open for inspection during ordinary office hours in the office of the Divisional Head: Property Management, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Room C403, 4th Floor, Kempton Park Civic Centre, Cnr Pretoria Road & CR Swart Drive, Kempton Park, or at Room 100A, Nigel CCA, 145 Hendrik Verwoerd Street, Nigel.
Any person who has any objection to the proposed lease must lodge such objection in writing at the Divisional Head: Property Management at the afore-mentioned address or at Private Bag X017 Kempton Park 1620 or P.O. Box 23, Nigel, 1490, to reach the Divisional Head: Property Management by not later than 15 October 2014.
