Add Your Comment on the City’s Draft Revised Bioregional Plan

The City of Ekurhuleni calls on business people, residents and land owners, all interested and affected stakeholders to give their input on the Bioregional plan that is currently being reviewed.

The purpose of the Bioregional plan is to inform land-use planning, environmental assessment and authorisations, and natural resource management by a range of sectors whose policies and decisions have an impact on biodiversity.

Therefore, the interested and affected stakeholders are informed of the availability of the Draft Revised City’s Bioregional Plan for comment for a period of 30 days. All interested and affected stakeholders are hereby requested to submit written comment by the 31 August 2020.

However, due to risks associated with the COVID-19 outbreak, hardcopies will not be made available. Electronic copies of the report and associated shape files are available for download from the following websites:
