Ekurhuleni to Auction Excess Livestock

An extensive exercise of checks and balances has shown that many of the City’s nature reserves have excess livestock, which are not economical for the City to maintain.

As such, the City will auction over 300 livestock on Tuesday, 11 May 2021, at Bokkie Park in Boksburg.

The following livestock will be auctioned:

  • 20 sheep
  • 35 goats
  • 70 pigs
  • 6 ostriches
  • 150 geese
  • 20 chicken

Bidders are urged to register on the following website: www.spokesauctioneers.co.za. Only registered bidders will be permitted to enter the auction yard on auction day.
