Save Water- Use Grey Water to Care for the Plants
As much as grey water contains a wide variety of bacteria which can be hazardous to humans, most of it is not harmful to plants and animal.
By using grey water you reduce not only using fresh water for watering plants and cleaning, for instance, but you also reduce your water bill.
It’s easy to use, simply collect the grey water from the shower, bath or washing machine. You can use a bucket to collect it at the drain, and you can use it to, for instance, water the garden or even clean the car. Remember that grey water shouldn’t be kept or stored for more than a day to avoid risk of bad odour.
