Checking COVID-19 Compliance

Today (Friday, 24 July) the City, led by Mayoral Committee Member for Health and Social Development Cllr Nomadlozi Nkosi, visited the areas to check compliance with Covid-19 regulations.

The delegation visited Phumulani Mall as well as Winnie Mandela area. Interactions were had with businesses and residents alike to bring home the importance of complying with the regulations in an effort to stop the spread of the virus.

During inspections a number of shops were closed and a young man arrested.
