Your Health and Safety Still Our Priority
The City continues to prioritise the safety of residents and customers who visit any of its customer care centres (CCCs).
With the easing of the Covid-19 regulations to level 1 – which relaxes most restrictions – the City has not relaxed its safety measures within its facilities.
Sanitising, screening and ensuring that social distancing is observed are maintained by officials and security personnel within each CCC. Esther Mgwepa, who visited Daveyton CCC, said she was impressed with the safety measures at the facility.
“I am pleased with how officials encourage people to respect social distancing and the screening of everyone in this building,” she said.
Regular decontamination also continues which may result in offices closing from time to for a short period.
The Customer Care Relations Management encourages residents to make use of its online platform (//www.Siyakhokha@ekurhuleni.gov.za“>www.Siyakhokha@ekurhuleni.gov.za) to make payment on their accounts and avoid queueing at CCCs.
