RESIDENTS ARE INVITED TO COMMENT ON DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH BY-LAWS

The public is invited to make comments on the City’s proposed environmental health by-laws. Such comments must be made in writing by no later than Sunday, 31 March 2024.

The draft by-laws that are open for comments are:

  • Public Health By-laws;
  • Keeping of Dogs; and
  • Air Quality Management By-laws.

Copies of the three draft by-laws are available at all Customers Care Centres as well at the Kempton Park, Springs and Boksburg libraries.
