EKURHULENI CELEBRATES ITS SOCIAL WORKERS AND MARKS SOCIAL WORK MONTH
The City of Ekurhuleni social workers gathered at the Alberton Council Chamber on Wednesday, 20 March to mark the National Social Work Month, to honour social workers’ unwavering dedication and compassion towards residents.
The gathering included a session for the social workers to participate in a research to consider the significance of self-care and addressing compassion fatigue within the profession.
