EKURHULENI HEALTH FACILITIES TO CONDUCT PATIENT EXPERIENCE CARE SURVEY

Patients who visit the city’s health facilities are invited to participate in the 2022 Patient Experience Care (PEC) Survey that will be conducted throughout the month of July.

The commencement date for the 2022 PEC survey is Monday, 11 July and it ends on 31 July.

The city’s Department of Health and Social Development conducts the survey annually, to improve the quality of service offered to residents.

Field workers will lead the survey that will be conducted in line with the National Guideline on Patience Experience of Care Survey (Version2, Guideline for Patient Experience of Care 2022).

Consent is a mandatory requirement for patients participating in the survey.

An official launch of the PEC survey will be held on Thursday, 7 July at Esangweni Clinic in Thembisa.
