Know the COVID19 Vaccine Side Effects
Ekurhuleni healthcare workers who have received their inoculation, as well as those yet to be vaccinated, are encouraged to lookout for the side effects.
“Some people may develop side effects after being vaccinated and we encourage the healthcare workers to contact their healthcare provider should they develop severe side effects,” said MMC for Health and Social Services Cllr Nomadlozi Nkosi.
MMC Nkosi said side effects were an indication that one’s body is mounting an immune response.
Healthcare workers who have not yet registered are encouraged to do so on the Electronic Vaccine Data System (EVDS).
Healthcare workers and residents who are 60 years or older are encouraged to register for the vaccine using any of the methods listed below:
