RESIDENTS TO USE 24 HRS HEALTH FACILITIES ON FESTIVE HOLIDAYS
Ekurhuleni residents seeking clinical care are encouraged to visit hospitals or primary healthcare facilities that operate for 24 hours on the festive public holidays listed below.
The City’s primary health facilities will not be operational on the days listed below. This will also include facilities rendering Saturday extended clinic services:
- Day of Reconciliation on Friday, 16 December
- Christmas Eve on Saturday, 24 December
- New Year’s Eve, 31 December
- Day of Goodwill on Monday, 26 December
- Monday, 2 January 2023 as the New Year’s Day holiday falls on a Sunday
