MMC FOR HUMAN SETTLEMENTS ALD NGOBESE VISITS CLAYVILLE EXT 45 HOUSING PROJECT

MMC for Human Settlements, Ald Alco Ngobese urges residents to refrain from vandalizing housing projects that are being undertaken across the City.

MMC Ngobese was speaking during his monitoring visit to the Clayville Ext 45 mega housing project in Thembisa recently 

About 445 families will benefit from this project when it is complete. The project was halted, however a new contractor will be starting work early next year.

“As the city, we would like to thank the community for understanding and being patient while no work was happening here. We call upon them to continue protecting this project and report any vandalism to the police,” MMC Ngobese said.

MMC Ngobese will be visiting similar projects in the city in the near future.
