CITY OF EKURHULENI MAY EXPERIENCE COMMUNICATION DISRUPTIONS FROM 29 TO 30 APRIL 2022

The City of Ekurhuleni is in the process of switching to a new telephone system which will affect the telephone services between 16h00 on Friday, 29 April, to 16h00 on Saturday, 30 April 2022. 

The transition may impact communication between the City and customers.

Customers are encouraged to use the following platforms to register service interruptions should the need arise:

Measures have been put in place to ensure that the Call Centre remains operational.
