EXECUTIVE MAYOR ALD. TANIA CAMPBELL HEADLINES MANDELA DAY IN EKURHULENI

The Executive Mayor of Ekurhuleni Ald. Tania Campbell and members of the mayoral committee will on Monday, 18 July roll up her sleeves to lend a hand at Usizolwethu School for Learners with Special Educational Needs in Daveyton, as part of Mandela Day.

The Executive Mayor will be leading the City’s departments in fixing water leaks, cleaning the school, planting of fruit trees and providing primary health care services to both learners and educators alike. Deserving girls will also receive much-needed dignity packs.

The theme for Mandela Day this year is: “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are”.
