MAYOR TANIA CAMPBELL TO MEET WITH THEMBISA RESIDENTS ON FRIDAY

The Executive Mayor Alderman Tania Campbell will meet with the residents of Thembisa at Mehlareng Stadium on Friday, 05 August 2022, to respond to their memorandum of grievances submitted to the city.

Among the issues raised by the protesters in the memorandum of grievances was billing queries, unsatisfactory service from customer care centre staff and the alleged tariff inequalities between various townships in the city.

The Executive Mayor will be joined by members of the mayoral committee and multi-party coalition partners.
