INVITATION TO THE PUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN THE APPLICATION FOR CREMATORIUM’S ATMOSPHERIC EMISSION LICENCE

Members of the public and interested parties are invited to comment on the process of applying for an Atmospheric Emission Licence (AEL) for a crematorium at number 13 Springs Road, Crystal Park, Benoni. This is as per the requirements in terms of Section 36 (1) and 37 (1) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004) (NEM: AQA).
