MAYOR CAMPBELL APPOINTS A NEW SPOKESPERSON

The Executive Mayor of the City of Ekurhuleni Executive Mayor, Ald. Tania Campbell has appointed Mr. Warren Gwilt as her Mayoral Spokesperson with effect from 1 September 2022.

Mr. Gwilt is a seasoned communicator with vast experience in government communications and broadcast journalism. Mr. Gwilt replaces Mr. Phakamile Mbengashe who was recently appointed as the Divisional Head of Communications and Media Relations for the City of Ekurhuleni.

His experience, qualifications and capabilities will add value to our ability to communicate effectively to the residents of Ekurhuleni. I trust that he will do a splendid job in affirming the Multi-Party Coalition’s Back-to-Basics programme in the city.”
