The draft Transport By-law and Draft Conditions of carriage for the EBS and Harambee BRT is now open for comment.

The bylaw and conditions of carriage intends to regulate public transport services in Ekurhuleni and all matters related to this, as well as provide affordable, reliable and safe carriage of passengers on EBS and BRT.

Interested parties can view the documents below and provide input no later than 10 July 2019.
