CITY ATTENDS TO ELECTRICITY PURCHASING SYSTEM ERROR
The City of Ekurhuleni is attending to a system error that is preventing customers from purchasing electricity.
As of this afternoon, many customers have been receiving error messages when purchasing electricity from all relevant platforms.
The issue is receiving urgent attention and regular updates will be provided through our social media platforms, website, and sms service.
The City apologises for the inconvenience caused.
