EKURHULENI ATTENDS TO A BURST WATER PIPE IN ALBERTON
A team is attending to a burst water pipe affecting water supply to Alberton and some parts of Thokoza.
The team is investigating the extent of the damages, which will be followed by repairs. The estimated restoration time is not yet established.
The affected areas include:
- Alrode Extension 17;
- Eden Park;
- Greenfields;
- Leopards Rest;
- Sky City;
- Thinasonke; and
- Thokoza extensions 2 and 5.
Roving water tankers have been dispatched to temporarily supply water to the affected areas.
