EKURHULENI ATTENDS TO CALL CENTRE GLITCH
The City of Ekurhuleni Call Centre is currently down due to a technical glitch. The city’s technicians are attending to the problem and for now, it remains unclear when it will be resolved.
The problem started in the early hours of Monday, 14 August.
While the matter is receiving attention, residents are encouraged to report service delivery interruptions and issues through the following platforms:

“We do understand that this is a major inconvenience to our customers and we are doing our best to restore the facility as soon as possible. We do apologise for the inconvenience and would like to assure residents that they will be updated of any developments through the City’s digital platforms,” says City spokesman Zweli Dlamini.
