EKURHULENI INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TEMPORARILY DOWN

The City of Ekurhuleni’s Incident Management System (IMS) is currently down due to a technical glitch, meaning the Call Centre is currently unable to actively log service interruptions.

The problem was detected in the early hours of this morning and technicians are working around the clock to resolve the problem.

It is anticipated that the matter will be resolved soon. Once the IMS is back up, calls will be logged, and residents will receive their reference numbers.

The city apologises for the inconvenience, and residents will be updated of any developments through the city’s digital platforms.
