INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS BACK ONLINE

The City of Ekurhuleni would like to inform residents that the Incident Management System (IMS) is back online following a technical glitch that affected the call logging system for the whole of yesterday.

Now that the system is back online, residents who had contacted the call centre will be receiving reference numbers for the service-delivery queries they reported while the system was down.
