Planned Electricity Supply Interruption to Actonville and Industrial Area

Customers in Actonville and surrounding industrial area are informed of a planned electricity supply interruption on Sunday, 7 February 2021, from 7am to 6pm.

The power supply interruption is due to essential expansion work at the Benoni Industrial substation situated in Actonville.

The following areas will be affected:

  • Benoni industrial area (Neustadt Van Dyk Road, Lincoln and Main Reef Road,)
  • Benoni South industrial area (Liverpool Road and Emandleni)

All traffic lights in mentioned areas will also be affected. Residents are warned to treat all electrical installations as live at all times.
