PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORK TO AFFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLATFORMS

The City of Ekurhuleni’s customer service servers feeding the Siyakhokha, and other Incident Management platforms will be offline on Saturday, 17 June 2023, from 20h00 until 21h00 due to maintenance work.

The maintenance work is being carried out to ensure that the City’s servers provide better performance on the systems.

The following services will be offline during this period:

  • All Siyakhokha services;
  • Billing and meter readings on the My COE App;
  • WhatsApp Bot Meter Readings; and
  • Logging of incidents on My COE App.
