PLANNED POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION IN THEMBISA

The City of Ekurhuleni will later this week upgrade the power network in Thembisa to stabilise power supply to the area. This will result in a power supply interruption for two days. Power supply will be switched off from 22h00 on Thursday, 02 June to 22h00 on Saturday, 04 June 2022.

Affected areas include:

•          Emangweni Extension 8 and 10

•          Emoyeni

•          Emfihlweni

•          Isekelo

•          Elidinga

•          Endulwini

•          Isiziba

•          Igqagqa

•          Isithame

•          Mqansa

•          Xubene

•          Ecaleni

Residents are urged to treat all electrical networks as live at all times while the upgrade work is ongoing.

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
