POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION IN PARTS OF BOKSBURG

The City of Ekurhuleni’s technicians are conducting tests on faulty cables that have plunged parts of Boksburg into darkness since midnight.

Affected areas include:

  • Sunward Park;
  • Van Dyk Park;
  • Salfin;
  • Parkrand; and
  • Parkdene and surroundings.

Restoration time will be advised once all tests have been completed. Residents are advised to treat electrical networks as live at all times.

The city apologizes for the inconvenience this has caused and commits to working around the clock to restore the power as soon as possible.
