RAND WATER PLANNED MAINTENANCE FOR MAY TO JUNE 2025
The City of Ekurhuleni has received a notification from Rand Water about a planned maintenance at their various water supply facilities which will affect areas in Ekurhuleni. The water supply utility has indicated that the objective of the maintenance is to achieve an improved plant availability, reliability and efficiencies.

Water tankers will be arranged for areas experiencing no water supply. Residents are urged to store water for domestic use and to use water sparingly.
Businesses and institutions are urged to maintain on-site storage that is equivalent to their daily demand or at least up to 36 hours.
