RAND WATER RESTRICTIONS SEVERELY AFFECT PARTS OF EKURHULENI

Due to Rand Water’s water supply restrictions, reservoirs are running low which has resulted in residents experiencing low to no water supply.  

Full restoration of water supply depends on Rand Water’s reservoirs picking up.  Areas that are severely affected include:   

  • Morehill 
  • Crystal Park 
  • Hillcrest 
  • Benoni AH 
  • Cloverdene 
  • Chief Albert Luthuli 
  • Daveyton 
  • Mayfield  
  • Etwatwa 
  • Tsakane 
  • Springs 
  • Langaville 
  • Dalpark 

Consumers are requested to use water sparingly during this period.
