WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION UPDATE

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to inform the public of continued water supply interruptions caused by intermittent power supply as a result of load shedding.

Daveyton and Etwatwa

The following high-lying areas are currently without water:

  • Barcelona
  • Mokgoba
  • Etwatwa extensions 9, 10, 19, 18, 36
  • Emaphupheni
  • Tsakani 12b, 17, 9, 10
  • Parts of Tsakani Proper
  • Persida

Roving water tankers have been dispatched to the affected areas. 

Residents will be receiving regular updates through the City’s digital platforms.
