Account Payments During COVID-19 Lockdown
Don’t allow service interruptions during the COVID-19 lockdown by making use of any of the platforms available to make payment.
You can register on the City’s online system – www.siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za – and be able to view, manage and pay your account online from the comfort of your own home. Should you experience any problems registering or need to query your account you can email Siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za
Customer Care Centres
Our customer care centres and finances offices will be open during the lockdown, operated by skeleton staff. You will be able to query and pay your account and buy prepaid units between 08h30 – 15h30 weekdays, except for Wednesday – which is open from 09h00 – 15h30. Please ensure you adhere to the social distancing and other precautions when visiting any of the centres.
Your municipal bills can also be paid at any of the following retail stores – Pick ’n Pay, Makro, Shoprite, Spar, Checkers and banks.
