Fire Burns Down House in Vosloo

Rescue teams from the City’s Emergency Management Services (DEMS) from Vosloorus responded to an emergency call where a house in Vosloorus was engulfed by fire on April 17.

On arrival to the scene, the team robustly contained the fire where the roof was already collapsing. No injuries were reported during and after operation.

According the owner of the house, the fire started from the electrical pole adjacent to the house.

The owner applauded the swift response from the DEMS team.
