MMC JENNIFER GLOVER VISITS CALL CENTRE TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

“Being behind the desk and logging calls has given me insight into how the team works and interacts with residents,”

This was said by the MMC for Health and Social Development in the City of Ekurhuleni  Cllr Jennifer Glover when she visited the call centre yesterday.

The intention of the visit was to establish how the facility functions and how it can be improved.

The MMC urged customers to keep their reference numbers for follow up on their queries or any further interaction with the call centre as this assists with timely resolving queries.
