New Improved Municipal Services App Replaces Old My Ekurhuleni App
The City of Ekurhuleni is pleased to announce that it has developed another technologically advanced customer interface platform in a form of an improved services app that boasts new functionalities that add to the old My Ekurhuleni App launched in 2018. The new mobile app, named My COE App, replaces My Ekurhuleni App.
The new App’s new functionalities include traffic information, 24-hour municipal services news. Residents can log queries and monitor them through the app at a touch of a button.
The App is interlinked to the City’s online payment system – Siyakhokha which is used to view, manage and pay municipal accounts conveniently.
The My CoE App is downloadable from the Play/App stores. Should residents experience any problem in downloading or navigating the new App, they can contact the City on 011 999 5102.
