No Injuries Reported Following the Pomona Fire
The cause of the fire that destroyed hardware in Pomona on Wednesday, 27 January, is still under investigation.
Ekurhuleni’s Disaster and Emergency Management Services (DEMS) responded to the call received at around 18h00.

Fire fighters managed to get control within the hour but totally extinguished in at around 22h00.
Residents are urged not to delay when there is fire but to contact the Ekurhuleni Life Threatening Call Centre on 011 458 0911.
